New Home in Conservation Area – Winteringham
Works have been completed on a new cottage in the important Conservation Area in Wintertingham.
The traditional property was designed to specifically meet the needs of the clients, whose high standards were considered in line with the detailed restrictions imposed by the Conservation Department.
The resulting home has been completed to the highest standards by James Smith Construction, including spacious living accommodation, three double bedrooms and a large Sun Room looking over extensive, landscaped gardens. The external appearance takes notes from the local traditional buildings, with local natural limestone walling and natural clay pantiles, creating a property benefiting from the latest, eco-efficient technologies, whilst maintaining visual links with the Conservation Area.
